Services are re-established using temporary wireless networking
Degraded status since remote unlocking of the encrypted root drive is not possible over the wireless connection this will increase time to recovery for unplanned reboots

Actually the issue seems to be the switch all wired ports are failing intermittently. Temporary plan is to arrange a temporary wireless connection. Unfortunately this may take some time

Root cause seems to be a DHCP server issue, reconfiguring for static IP assignment as it should have been initially. All services will be down/unstable during reconfiguration and testing
